Referrer terms
These referrer terms apply only to the Dreamfund pre-launch waitlist referral program. They do not apply to any post-launch financial product, lender partnership, or paid affiliate arrangement, each of which will have its own separately presented and accepted agreement.
1. Who these terms apply to
You ("Referrer") have received or intend to share a Dreamfund referral link or referral code. By sharing your link or code, you agree to these terms.
2. What you can do
- Share your unique Dreamfund referral link with people who may be personally interested in Dreamfund
- Speak honestly about the product based on the publicly available information at dreamfund.ai
- Track your referrals in your Dreamfund waitlist account
3. What you cannot do
- Make any claim about a Dreamfund product, rate, return, eligibility, or guarantee that is not stated on the public Dreamfund website
- Imply that you are an employee, agent, advisor, or representative of Dreamfund unless Dreamfund has confirmed that role to you in writing
- Run paid advertising of any kind featuring the Dreamfund name, logo, or referral link without prior written approval from Dreamfund
- Spam, mass-message, or bulk-add contacts to share your link in a way that violates the platform you are using
- Offer or imply rebates, kickbacks, or financial inducements to people for joining via your link, except as Dreamfund itself publicly offers
4. Compensation
The pre-launch referral program is non-monetary. Referrers earn waitlist position priority, early access, or other non-cash benefits as Dreamfund describes from time to time. There is no commission, finder's fee, or revenue share unless and until you sign a separate, formal agreement with Dreamfund.
5. RESPA, ECOA, and fair lending
Dreamfund is preparing to operate in regulated financial services. Referrers must not engage in any conduct that could be construed as a kickback under RESPA Section 8, an unfair lending practice under ECOA, or a deceptive practice under UDAAP. If you are unsure whether something is permissible, ask first: compliance@dreamfund.ai.
6. Termination
Dreamfund may revoke a referral link or remove a referrer from the program at any time, with or without cause, especially if these terms are violated.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
