At Dream Fund, we are not adding AI features to financial software. We are building an AI-first platform from the ground up, designed to fundamentally transform how capital, funding, and finance operate.
Our core architecture and initial platform build are already executed and running. Now we are looking for a world-class Technical Co-Founder and CTO to take the wheel of our technology stack, expand our autonomous system capabilities, and scale us through our upcoming fundraise and beyond.
If you are obsessed with agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and building high-throughput orchestrators that solve complex real-world problems, this is your playground.
What you will own
- Scale the agentic fleet. Orchestrate and accelerate our expanding fleet of agents, refining multi-agent architecture, task routing, and autonomous ticket execution.
- Drive AI architecture. Take our existing, well-executing technical foundation and push the boundaries of AI-native software, context management, and workflow automation.
- Lead technical strategy. Define the long-term tech roadmap, infrastructure scaling, security standards, and integration strategy as we scale our user base.
- Build for investment and scale. Work side by side with the founding team to finalize our technology narrative for investors and lead technical due diligence during our current fundraise.
- Hire and lead. Post-fundraise, recruit, mentor, and lead an elite, lean engineering team to keep Dream Fund at the cutting edge of AI and fintech.
Who you are
Deep AI and tech background
A proven track record architecting and deploying complex software systems, with deep experience in LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, vector databases, and modern AI stacks.
The orchestrator mindset
You know how to turn abstract business workflows into deterministic and probabilistic agent frameworks that execute tasks reliably.
Founder mentality
You do not wait for permission. You move fast, iterate quickly, break down complex engineering bottlenecks, and care deeply about product-market fit.
Builder's grit
Fintech experience is a plus, not a requirement. World-class AI engineering comes first. You are ready to dive straight into a working codebase and lead from the front.
